HR Coordinator, Fujairah, UAE

JOB PURPOSE: 

To coordinate and administer end-to-end HR operations across the Middle East region, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services in compliance with company policies, local legislation, and business requirements.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees across the Middle East region.
Coordinate and administer HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, and separation processes.
Support the preparation and administration of monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR data within company systems and personnel files.
Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across the region.
Coordinate employee benefits, leave administration, and attendance management in line with company policies and local legislation.
Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation to support management decision-making and compliance requirements.
Support recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training, and other HR programs as required.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, and internal controls across the countries within the Middle East region.
Liaise with employees, managers, government authorities, vendors, and other stakeholders on HR-related matters.
Participate in HR projects, process improvements, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Carry out any other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager, Middle East.
 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 (five) years of relevant experience

Applicant Tracking System or "ATS", is the software that 'READS' your CV and stores this information in a database. Like this:

If the CV is not made as per the RULES of the ATS, the information will get messed up in the database. In the image below, 'PMP' has gone into the 'Mobile Number' column. The Mobile Number '052 1234567' has gone into the 'Main Skill' column.

So a recruiter searching for a candidate with PMP certification, will never find this person, in spite of his 'CV information' existing in the database...
