We need a Sales Consultant

Responsibilities
•Drive growth of the production print and wide-format printer/plotter business within the assigned territory. •Execute core sales strategies in alignment with the Sales Manager/General Manager, ensuring team accountability for achieving budgeted volume, revenue, and profitability targets. •Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team by attracting, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and mentoring team members, with a strong focus on career development and performance improvement. •Monitor sales activities and performance through regular CRM reviews, ensuring the team maintains the required level of customer engagement and business development activity. •Develop and manage sales forecasts and plans across annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly periods, ensuring accurate revenue projections and proactive corrective actions where required. •Drive achievement of branch sales, revenue, volume, and profitability objectives, continuously identifying opportunities to maximize business performance. •Manage the assigned account list in accordance with the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (SICP), collaborating with the Sales Manager/General Manager on account allocation and related requirements. •Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, while personally addressing and resolving escalated customer service issues to protect customer satisfaction and retention. •Regularly evaluate sales organization productivity and effectiveness, implementing appropriate actions to improve performance, capabilities, and results. •Assess individual team members’ strengths and development needs, providing targeted coaching, training, and performance recommendations to maximize their contribution. •Conduct regular performance evaluations and establish clear expectations, goals, and development plans for the sales organization.

Field of Experience
: • Proven sales experience within the office equipment or technical services sector, preferably with experience in the copier, production print, and wide-format printer/plotter industry. • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop sales professionals by setting clear performance expectations, providing constructive feedback, and implementing targeted development plans to maximize individual and team performance. • Strong commercial and business acumen, with a proven track record of managing sales performance with a clear focus on revenue growth, profitability, and bottom-line results. • Demonstrated experience accurately forecasting sales and revenue and effectively managing sales operations within a high-growth business environment.
Skills
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to assess information and make sound, timely decisions. •Highly proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and a results-oriented approach to managing priorities and opportunities. •Demonstrated adaptability and interpersonal effectiveness, with the ability to work successfully with diverse personalities, communication styles, and stakeholders. •Strong judgment and decision-making capability, with the ability to evaluate alternatives and select practical and effective courses of action. •Fluency in English; knowledge of spoken Arabic is an advantage. Other Requirements: •Valid Kuwait driving license is a must.

What is an ATS CV?

Applicant Tracking System or "ATS", is the software that 'READS' your CV and stores this information in a database. Like this:

If the CV is not made as per the RULES of the ATS, the information will get messed up in the database. In the image below, 'PMP' has gone into the 'Mobile Number' column. The Mobile Number '052 1234567' has gone into the 'Main Skill' column.
