About the role
The Junior IT Project Coordinator is a vital support function created to help our firm manage the technical threads of complex client mandates. As our client manages large-scale infrastructure and critical utility assets, they require precise coordination across multiple software deployments and system updates. This role ensures that technical milestones are documented and tracked so that our principals can focus on high-level strategy and governance.

What you will do
Maintain detailed project logs for IT workstreams related to our client infrastructure projects.
Coordinate schedules for technical meetings and ensure all relevant documentation is prepared in advance.
Track the progress of software implementation cycles and report any delays to the project principals.
Assist in the preparation of clear, concise status reports that summarize technical updates for non-technical stakeholders.
Organize and archive project files to ensure that all governance and compliance requirements are met.
Follow up with external vendors and technical teams to gather data on system performance.
Update project management tools to reflect real-time changes in task ownership and deadlines.
Provide administrative support during the transition periods of new operating model implementations.
What we are looking for
A strong ability to communicate complex ideas in plain English without using technical jargon.
High attention to detail, specifically when managing spreadsheets, timelines, and project documentation.
A basic understanding of IT project management principles or a strong curiosity about how technology supports large organizations.
Logical rigor and the ability to organize information in a way that is easy for others to interpret.
Proficiency with standard office software and a willingness to learn specific project tracking tools.
A professional demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information regarding client portfolios.

Applicant Tracking System or "ATS", is the software that 'READS' your CV and stores this information in a database. Like this:

If the CV is not made as per the RULES of the ATS, the information will get messed up in the database. In the image below, 'PMP' has gone into the 'Mobile Number' column. The Mobile Number '052 1234567' has gone into the 'Main Skill' column.
