Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Legal Intern to join our team at Rize. This internship is designed for recent fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in legal research, contract review, and compliance. The ideal candidate is eager to learn about corporate law, legal documentation, and regulatory requirements.
What will you be doing?
Assist in legal research on regulations, contracts, and corporate policies.
Support the review and drafting of legal documents and agreements.
Help ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Organize and maintain legal files and documentation.
Collaborate with the legal team to provide insights on various legal matters.
Assist in monitoring regulatory updates and potential legal risks.
You're a perfect match if you have
A recent graduate in Law or a related field.
Basic understanding of Najiz and legal principles, contracts, and corporate law.
Interest in legal research, compliance, and contract review.
Willingness to learn and develop legal expertise.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Arabic; English is a plus.
