عقد دوام كامل — المركز المؤسسي (مع زيارات للفروع).
الهدف العام من الوظيفة
قيادة استراتيجية التسويق والتسجيل لجذب العباقرة المستهدفين، تعزيز صورة المدرسة، وتحقيق أهداف التسجيل السنوية مع تعظيم الأثر على أولياء الأمور والمجتمع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
1. وضع وتنفيذ الخطة الاستراتيجية للتسويق والتسجيل.
2. الإشراف على مركز الاتصالات (Call Center) وفريق الاستفسارات.
3. إدارة التسويق الرقمي والسوشيال ميديا.
4. الإشراف على التصميم والمحتوى المرئي (Design & Content).
5. تنظيم حملات التسويق والفعاليات الميدانية.
6. متابعة عملية التسجيل والقبول وضمان تجربة مميزة لأولياء الأمور.
7. بناء شراكات مع الجهات الخارجية لتعزيز الانتشار.
8. إعداد تقارير الأداء التسويقي والتسجيلي الدورية.
9. دعم أهداف تعظيم الأثر من خلال المحتوى والحملات.
مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs)
- عدد التسجيلات الجديدة سنويًا (مقابل الهدف).
- نسبة التحويل من الاستفسار إلى تسجيل.
- مستوى التفاعل والمتابعين على وسائل التواصل.
- رضا أولياء الأمور عن عملية التسجيل ( ٩٠٪).
- تكلفة جذب كل طالب جديد (Cost per Enrollment).
الكفاءات والمؤهلات
- خبرة لا تقل عن ٦–٨ سنوات في التسويق والمبيعات (يفضل في القطاع التعليمي).
- مهارات قيادة فرق التسويق الرقمي والتقليدي.
- إبداع عالٍ وفهم عميق لجمهور أولياء الأمور.
- إجادة أدوات التسويق الرقمي (Google Ads, Meta, Content Management).
- التزام بخماسية السكينة وقدرة على نقل القيم في المحتوى.
اشتراطات تعظيم الأثر
يلتزم بتعظيم أثره على أولياء الأمور والمجتمع من خلال محتوى تربوي هادف يعكس خماسية السكينة، والمساهمة في نشر رسالة المدرسة كصدقة جارية وعلم منتفع به.
نطاق الراتب
حسب الخبرة + حوافز أداء مرتبطة بالتسجيلات.
عمود الخماسية الذي يحمله
قِيَمُ العمل (خاصة التجارة والتثمير) مع دعم قِيَمُ العلم عبر المحتوى.
سياسة العيسري المُطبَّقة
خطة تعظيم الأثر، سياسة دمج خماسية السكينة، سياسة تعظيم تعليم القرآن والبيان، سياسة تطوير مناهج العلوم الشرعية، سياسة دمج منهج STEAM، سياسة تعظيم الأثر في القراءة والكتابة، وسياسة الترشيق المالي والتركيز على الأثر الممتد.
