What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat?

Conduct comprehensive quality and mechanical inspections of multibrand vehicles to identify technical issues and quality concerns.
Diagnose mechanical and technical problems across major vehicle systems and assess the required repair or replacement.
Inspect engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, braking, steering, and other critical vehicle systems.
Verify completed repairs and refurbishment work to ensure all identified issues have been properly resolved.
Ensure vehicles meet defined quality standards before they are listed or delivered to customers.
Coordinate closely with technicians, workshop, and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
Maintain accurate inspection records and report defects or quality concerns clearly.

What’s Under the Hood?

Must have valid UAE Driving License.
Relevant experience in automotive quality inspection, workshop, diagnostics, refurbishment, or a similar role for at least 2 years.
Strong technical knowledge of multibrand vehicles and modern automotive systems.
Hands-on experience in mechanical repairs, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis.
Strong understanding of engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, braking, steering, and other major vehicle systems.
Ability to identify technical issues, determine repair requirements, and recommend the right course of action.
Strong attention to detail with a clear focus on quality and first-time-right delivery.

About the Role
We are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative – Admin to join our remote team in a hybrid support and administrative capacity. This role blends front-line customer service with behind-the-scenes administrative work — you'll be the voice customers hear when they need help, and the organized hand keeping records, schedules, and internal processes running smoothly. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, communicates well, and is comfortable juggling both people-facing and task-oriented responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary

Process orders, returns, refunds, or account changes as needed

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Provide clear product/service information and guide customers through policies or processes

Administrative Support

Manage and organize digital files, records, and documents using cloud-based storage systems

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar events

Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets

Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer and internal databases

Track expenses, process invoices, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks as needed

Support onboarding of new employees or clients, including preparing materials

Assist various departments (Sales, HR, Operations) with ad hoc administrative tasks

Identify opportunities to streamline both customer service and administrative workflows

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize across customer support and admin duties

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace

Comfortable navigating CRM, ticketing, or database software

Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting

Professional, patient, and solution-oriented demeanor

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
Previous experience in customer service, administration, or office support

Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshdesk)

Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello,)

Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or invoicing software (QuickBooks)

Typing speed of 45+ WPM

Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Description
Job Purpose
Product Manager is a professional responsible for setting prioritizing and accepting the work generated by a team in order to ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of the product.
Responsible for develops product concepts generates product requirements determines specifications
Collaborates with UX designers to come up with usable emotionally attaching and inspecting products that meet users expectations
Responsible for delivering right product features at the right time and maximising development team performance
Key Result Responsibilities
Accountable for the success of delivery, owns the entire product backlog and delivery activities this includes grooming development teams responding to queries of the development team promptly
Ensures stories are ready before the sprint start matching definition of ready and having clear acceptance criteria
Manages and prioritizes the product backlog along with the Product Manager which matches product vision and client needs 
Liaise between business and development teams to deliver continuous value
Reviews visual designs developed by UX team
Reviews test cases written by QA team
Stays abreast with market trends and new technologies in the domain, researches and conducts comparative analysis with competitors to recommend best practices

Monitors the development and product teams performance and escalates any potential performance deviation to Product Managers
Represents ISA in clients’ meetings, solicits feedback on products and services regularly
Performs any other additional duties as directed by the Product Manager or Senior Product Manager
Acts as a Product Manager 2 in absence of Product Manager 2
Key Result Responsibilities-Continued
Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)
Bachelors Degree in Technical Engineering or Computer Science or Math or equivalent
Certified SCRUM Master or Professional Certified Product Owner (Optional)
Solid technical background with understanding in software development
Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Slack JIRA
Fluent in English Language
Work Experience
MInimum 4 years of experience as a business analyst QA product owner or UX designer or architect
Aviation domain expereince is highly preferred
Experienced in writing user stories business requirements
Experienced in SCRUM methodology
Proven track record of successful on time delivery
Good understanding of UI or UX design
Good understanding of software testing ability to review and approve test cases

Job Description
About the Role


We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Document Controller & Admin Executive to support the Defects Liability Period (DLP) and handover function within our real estate operations. The successful candidate will manage DLP and handover related documentation, coordinate with contractors and internal teams, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and provide administrative support throughout the customer journey.

This role requires strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities


Customer Service & Client Communication


Serve as key point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
Respond to customer emails, requests, and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues when required.
Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Track and monitor customer requests to ensure closure within agreed SLAs.
·        Gather client feedback and share it with the team to make continuous improvement in service delivery.

 

Document Management & Control


Collect, organize, verify, and maintain DLP/Handover related documents, including snag lists, defect reports, warranty documents, completion certificates etc.
Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed in both electronic and physical filing systems.
Track document submissions, approvals, and renewals.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.
Administrative Support


Prepare reports, correspondence, and administrative documents.
Generate and update reports and trackers using Excel and internal systems (e.g.: Salesforce, Onsite, Power BI, Field service App).
Coordinate internally across departments (Handover, Customer Care, Community Management, Development) to support customer and contractor requests.
Maintain accurate records and databases of DLP cases, defects, and resolutions.
Support day-to-day office administration and operational activities.
Assist in meeting coordination, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
Coordinate with the site DLP team, main contractor, subcontractors, and other vendors on defect rectification and maintenance works.
Log, track, and follow up on maintenance and defect requests, coordinating with the service team for timely resolution.
Monitor rectification timelines and flag delays or recurring issues to the DLP/Handover management team.
Promote and encourage adherence to company DLP processes and standard operating procedures across all stakeholders.
Requirements


Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, document control, customer service, or similar role.
Real Estate industry experience is mandatory, prior exposure to DLP/handover/snagging processes is a strong advantage.
Strong experience in handling customer complaints and customer service processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Arabic speaker is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft office and CRM/internal systems (salesforce/Onsite/Power BI)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
