Overview
Job Details
Maintain regular communication with local banks and coordinate with banking representatives to secure annual credit limits required for issuing rial and foreign currency guarantees.
Handle the opening and administration of rial and foreign currency letters of credit, credit facilities, and other banking arrangements while ensuring all procedures are completed according to applicable requirements.
Monitor bank guarantees, credit limits, documentary credits, and other financial instruments and maintain accurate records in the company’s internal tracking systems.
Prepare formal letters, applications, and other correspondence for banks and follow up on requests related to the renewal, extension, modification, release, or cancellation of guarantees and banking facilities.
Maintain complete and organized banking files, supporting documents, agreements, and records to ensure information remains current, accurate, and readily available.
Track banking transactions, facility utilization, guarantees, letters of credit, and other financial activities to ensure required actions are completed within agreed deadlines.
Coordinate with finance, accounting, procurement, and other internal departments to provide banking documents, clarify requirements, and support the smooth processing of financial requests.
Ensure banking activities are carried out in accordance with internal financial controls, company procedures, banking requirements, and applicable regulations.
Follow up regularly with banks and relevant internal teams to resolve documentation gaps, transaction issues, pending approvals, and other banking-related matters without unnecessary delays.
Job Experience Requirements
Strong working knowledge of banking regulations, procedures, and documentation, particularly in relation to bank guarantees, credit facilities, and other financial instruments.
Good understanding of documentary credits, letters of credit, banking facilities, and standard banking transaction processes.
Practical experience in managing bank guarantees, credit arrangements, letters of credit, and routine corporate banking activities.
Basic to good knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, banking documentation, and related financial procedures.
Ability to prepare, review, and manage formal banking correspondence, applications, agreements, and financial documents accurately and professionally.
Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling banking transactions and records.
Ability to manage multiple banking requests and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality and proper control over sensitive financial information.
