A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Leading the development and execution of the hotel's marketing and communication strategy.
- Creating and coordinating marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and partnership channels.
- Managing content creation for social media platforms, website updates, photography, and promotional materials.
- Ensuring brand consistency and compliance with IHG and voco brand standards.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of hotel launch activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinating with internal departments, agencies, media partners, and suppliers to deliver marketing initiatives.
- Monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports on marketing activities and ROI.
- Leading public relations activities, media visits, influencer partnerships, and community engagement programs.
- Identifying market trends and opportunities to strengthen the hotel's positioning and visibility.
- Managing marketing assets, collateral, and promotional materials.
What we need from you
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a similar role, preferably within hospitality.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with graphic design, content creation, photography, or video editing is an advantage.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
