We are looking for a skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist experienced who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands healthcare talent markets, and can deliver high hiring volumes while maintaining exceptional candidate experience and stakeholder partnership.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hiring across nursing, allied health, and non-clinical roles.

Develop effective local and international sourcing strategies to attract qualified healthcare and non-healthcare professionals.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs across clinical and non-clinical domains.

Screen, interview, and assess candidates while ensuring alignment with job profiles, competency requirements, and regulatory/licensure standards where applicable.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and deliver hiring outcomes within agreed SLAs.

Maintain accurate data within the ATS, generate recruitment reports, and ensure compliance with internal processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–7 years of Talent Acquisition experience with demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment, particularly in nursing, allied health.

Understanding of healthcare talent markets and licensure requirements (DOH/DHA/MOH).

Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver timely, quality hires.

Experience using ATS platforms, sourcing technologies, and recruitment analytics.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

High-energy recruiter who can operate with urgency and accuracy.

Strong communicator who can build trust with business partners and candidates.

Collaborative, solutions-oriented team player.
