Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Implementation Engineer with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow). The candidate will be responsible for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, application onboarding, provisioning, access governance, and identity lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and deploy SailPoint IIQ/ISC solutions.

Gather business requirements and prepare technical design documents.

Implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle management processes.

Configure access requests, approvals, certifications, and access reviews.

Onboard enterprise applications using SailPoint connectors and APIs.

Develop and customize workflows, rules, forms, and provisioning processes.

Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, databases, and cloud applications.

Configure RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.

Perform aggregation, provisioning, reconciliation, and certification activities.

Troubleshoot connector, provisioning, aggregation, and access governance issues.

Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production support.

Create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-transfer materials.
