We need a Duty Manager
Riyadh Air (RX), headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline that’s shaping the future of flying. About the Role:Are you passionate about aviation and thrive in a dynamic and robust setting? We're looking for a dynamic professional to be the heartbeat of our airport operations.
This dynamic role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of ground handling activities during their shift to ensure safe, on-time, and efficient turnaround of flights.
Acting as the senior operational representative on duty, the role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, airline standards, and customer service expectations.
You will lead the operational team, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and provides real-time solutions to operational challenges, disruptions, and service recovery situations.
As the primary liaison between airport service providers and airport users, your mandate will be to ensure all passenger and aircraft handling activities comply with established safety and security standards, whilst also providing insights and recommendations for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations.

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in Aviation Ground Operations.
Naturally, you will demonstrate knowledge and an understanding of DCS, weight and balance, ramp handling, dangerous goods regulations, industry regulations, safety standards, and ground operations best practices.
We’d love to hear from you even more if you have professional certification in Aviation, Airport Operations, or Management (IATA, ICAO, or ACI).
