Technician 3 – HVAC is responsible for supporting the preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems under supervision, focusing on basic servicing, inspections, and assistance during breakdowns to ensure safe and reliable operations.
About the Role
- Assist in PPM and corrective maintenance of FCUs, AHUs, FAHUs, exhaust fans, and ventilation systems.
- Support senior technicians during troubleshooting and repairs.
- Carry out basic checks (filters, belts, drains, lubrication).
- Follow safety procedures and permit-to-work requirements.
- Maintain logbooks and report issues to seniors.
- Housekeeping of plant rooms and work areas.
- Attend breakdown calls and assist in shutdown activities.
About You
- Qualification: ITI / Trade Certificate in HVAC or related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years in HVAC maintenance (hotel/building preferred).
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and tools.
- Willing to learn and work under supervision.
