Sales Executive – Technologies, Sharjah, UAE

What you’ll be doing:
 Understanding the solutions selling especially Robotics, Web Based Solutions, POS etc.
 Creative in finding opportunities to have healthy lead generation
 Targeting customers with robotics solutions
 Achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
 “Own” your opportunities (from first interaction, through negotiations until closing) and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and/or accounts.
 Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
 Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
 Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
 Understand landscapes and trends
 Assist with industry-related events such as trade shows, exhibits, etc.
 Develop and maintain an active account list inclusive of target accounts, prospects, and active customers.
 Research new opportunities built on understanding of competitive landscape.
 Attend and participate in weekly internal sales and operations meetings.
 Create quotes, opportunities and work on your sales forecast on our CRM systems
 Work with the Marketing Team on engaging content and drip campaigns to drive new and repeat business.
What you need to bring:
 Must have sound links in different business areas.
 Understands robots and their functions and able to demonstrate to the potential customers
 Able to approach to Owners, CEO and senior management with respect to robotics sales and demonstrate robots and their functions to Owners, CEOs and senior Management
 Have strong communications, presentations and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
 Any Graduate with technical sales background of Robotics, Software Solutions etc
 Having experience of 5+ years of which 2 years at least to be in Robotics will be preferred.
 UAE Experience is a must with driving license.

Applicant Tracking System or "ATS", is the software that 'READS' your CV and stores this information in a database. Like this:

If the CV is not made as per the RULES of the ATS, the information will get messed up in the database. In the image below, 'PMP' has gone into the 'Mobile Number' column. The Mobile Number '052 1234567' has gone into the 'Main Skill' column.

So a recruiter searching for a candidate with PMP certification, will never find this person, in spite of his 'CV information' existing in the database...
