Our British curriculum school, International School of Creative Science (ISCS), Dubai is looking for a creative, passionate and outstanding Head of Math who value professional development opportunities and a good work-life balance. We expect our Teachers to deliver high quality lessons while successfully nurturing and inspiring our students. As part of our energetic and welcoming team, you will enthuse and motivate students to strive for success while maintaining a healthy learning environment for all children within the school.
To develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives. To facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with pupils, and by their organization of learning resources and the classroom learning environment.
Develop and foster the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children, according to age, ability, aptitude and cultural difference.
Assess and record progress and prepare pupils for examinations. By linking pupils' knowledge to earlier learning and developing ways to encourage it further, and challenging and inspiring pupils to help them deepen their knowledge and understanding.

Successful applicants will be subject to various background checks including, receipt of satisfactory references, proof of relevant qualifications, identification and police checks, including overseas checks.
Skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics
- Minimum of 5 years Experience in teaching secondary-level Math, including IGCE and A levels
- Minimum of 2 years Experience in leading secondary Math or second in department
- Specialized in Teaching/Teaching qualification for relevant Curriculum
- Knowledge of UK National Curriculum
- Knowledge of Data Dis-aggregation, Analysis and Differentiation for Students
- Preferably with IKTHAR/KHDA/ADEK approval for UAE based candidates
