Job Description

POSITION OBJECTIVE

- The position is responsible for generating sales and deliver customer service at its best.

- Support the other operational duties such as housekeeping, visual presentation standards, etc. as assigned by the Store Management Team.

Key Responsibilities

Hospitality and Guest Service:

- Provides important visual cues for guests that make a positive first impression E.g. wearing proper career wear that is clean and neatly pressed, maintaining a clean parking lot/exterior and a clean and inviting dining room.

- Follows the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure coffee and products are always fresh and always accurate.

- Delivers consistent and outstanding guest service through friendly attitude, attentive behavior and strong product knowledge.

- Enhances the guest experience by following the S.E.T. Principles: Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You.

- Uses proper procedures to ensure the accuracy of every order for every guest.

- Ensures every guest receives a prompt and warm greeting within 5 seconds at front counter and drive-thru.

- Maintains speed of service targets by working efficiently with a sense of urgency to fill orders and meet guests’ needs.

- Promptly executes service recovery for any guest concerns or complaints by making it right with the guest, regardless of involvement in the issue.

- Listens carefully to guests and apologizes for the experience in the case of a complaint.

Store Operations:

- Follows all Operations standards and guidelines for preparation of products according to training and instructional materials provided.

- Prepares all products as required, following the order monitor to ensure the accuracy of every order.

- Communicates showcase and product needs to ensure proper product availability for guests.

- Regularly takes temperatures of the required products and records in the Time & Temperature Log.

Policies and Procedures:

- Participates in and attends all store meetings and other related functions.

- Follows all restaurant policies, procedures and standards.

- Maintains the front counter by keeping it clean, organized, stocked and ready for rush periods in the restaurant.

- Follows proper hand washing techniques and all sanitation guidelines; completes all sanitation tasks as outlined by the Store Manager.

Cashiering:

- Receives payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers or automatic debits.

- Issue receipts, refunds, or change to the customers correctly.

- Count money in the cash till at the beginning of the shifts to ensure that amount is correct and there is adequate change.

- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.

Health & Safety:

- Works in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation.

- Knows, understands and follows safe work practices and procedures.

- Uses or wears personal protective equipment or clothing as required.

- Reports all injuries/illnesses, accidents, unsafe conditions, security incidents and any contravention of health and safety legislation, policies and procedures to the Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Owner.

- Does not operate any equipment, machine, device or thing, or otherwise work in a manner that will endanger anyone.

Warehouse Supervisor, RAK, UAE

The Role

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, ensuring materials are received, stored, controlled and issued efficiently and accurately. You will take a leading role in planning and executing the inventory strategy to meet multiple department requirements, critical spare parts and consumables. You will lead a team of warehouse personnel, maintain inventory integrity, enforce safety standards and work closely with procurement, logistics and operational departments to ensure uninterrupted business operations. 

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, issuing and dispatch of materials. 

Lead and develop a team of warehouse employees to achieve operational objectives.

Support consumables and critical spares inventory planning and stocking requirements. 

Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control processes.

Conduct cycle counts and physical stock audits and investigate discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records within the ERP system.

Coordinate deliveries, dispatches and material transfers across company sites.

Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, company policies and HSE standards.

Monitor warehouse housekeeping and maintain 5S standards.

Identify slow-moving, obsolete or excess inventory and recommend corrective actions.

Support internal and external audits through accurate inventory records and documentation.

Coordinate maintenance of warehouse equipment and material handling assets.

Promote a strong safety culture aligned with Stevin Rock's Health, Safety and Environmental standards. 

 

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Experience

Minimum 5-7 years of warehouse operations experience.

At least 2-5 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.

Experience within mining, quarrying, construction, heavy industry or a similar operational environment is highly desirable.

Experience using ERP and inventory management systems.

Skills

Strong inventory management and stock control knowledge.

Excellent planning, organisation and coordination skills.

Effective leadership and people management capability.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Fluent in English. UAE driving licence preferred.

Meeting and exceeding sales quotas by building and implementing strategic, technical account plans that target cross-platform solutions.

Understands Key customer business requirements and has the ability to position, demonstrate and create high level designs across the entire PANW portfolio solutions creating business value for customers.

Ability to drive customer adoption of Palo Alto Networks Platform. Building customer relationships by helping customers achieve increased productivity, operational efficiency, security efficacy, and greater flexibility to innovate.

Conducting discovery to understand and articulate the key technical, operational, and commercial imperatives of your prospects and customers

Working closely with Professional Services, Customer Success and Specialist teams to ensure overall customer implementation and adoption of solutions.

Demonstrating strong communication skills, influencing through effective presentations and customer-specific demos, and conducts technical engagements and workshops that are clear and impactful, simplifying complex ideas for various audiences

Leading successful technical validation efforts based on best practices to ensure technical win in assigned opportunities.

Demonstrates Cross functional leadership driving collaboration and orchestrating supporting resources (Specialists, Channel Resources, Customer Support) to ensure a one-team approach that demonstrates a cohesive strategy.

Promoting end-to-end solutions that include PANW and/or partner professional services to ensure customers realize business value sooner

Understanding the competitive landscape and effectively differentiating PANW's leadership in the cybersecurity space

Continuously investing in yourself to develop technical and professional skills that drive your ever-increasing contributions to success of our customers while actively participating within the Solutions Consultant community and at industry events

Identifying technical stakeholders and cultivating relationships with key personas to build and drive a security architecture transformation roadmap

Qualifications

Your Experience

6+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering

Skilled in at least one of the following Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint or SASE.

Experience in delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives is preferred

Influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders, either in a customer-facing or internal role; prior experience in a pre-sales role is ideal

Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements

Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing one or more of the following solutions: Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation Technologies

Partnering with Customer Support functions to ensure successful implementation and adoption of sold solutions

Experience in complex sales involving long sales processes with multiple buying centers and multi-product solutions are preferred

This is a field sales position where travel requirements may be required to support in person customer meetings, please discuss with the recruiter on the specifics for this position.

Job Description

How you will make an impact (Key responsibilities): 

1. Production Support 

Assist production operators during machine operations by providing necessary tools, materials, and support. 

Help with machine cleaning and preparation before and after production runs to ensure smooth workflow. 

Perform basic tasks to support changeovers and maintain continuous production efficiency. 

 

2. Cleaning & Housekeeping

Maintain cleanliness of the production area, including floors, workstations, and equipment surfaces. 

Ensure proper disposal of waste materials and adherence to hygiene standards throughout the shift. 

Regularly sanitize tools and equipment to prevent contamination and maintain GMP compliance. 

3. Inspection & Monitoring 

Support operators in inspecting machines and production lines for cleanliness and readiness before start-up. 

Report any irregularities, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately. 

Assist in checking that all materials and components are correctly placed and organized for production. 

4. Coordination & Compliance 

Work closely with production operators and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and on time. 

Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during operations. 

Participate in team efforts during peak production periods and perform additional tasks as assigned. 

Qualifications & Skills 

High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an advantage. 

Basic understanding of production processes and equipment handling. 

Ability to perform cleaning, material handling, and support tasks efficiently. 

Knowledge of hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is preferred. 

Physical stamina to handle moderate lifting. 

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. 

Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with operators and supervisors. 

Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and overtime when required. 

Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
