The Registered Nurse – Dialysis will be responsible for delivering individualized dialysis care to patients while ensuring adherence to clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
 


Responsibilities

Conduct thorough pre‑dialysis and post‑dialysis nursing assessments in line with clinical guidelines.
Perform safe and efficient hemodialysis treatments, including equipment preparation, access management, and complication monitoring.
Administer medications and implement nursing interventions as per individualized patient care plans.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation to support continuity of care.
Educate patients and families on treatment expectations, renal health, and post‑treatment care.
Collaborate with nephrologists and the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain compliance with infection‑control standards, equipment safety protocols, and organizational policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
Valid DOH/DHA/MOH license or DOH eligibility.
Minimum 2 years of hemodialysis nursing experience.
BLS required; ACLS is an advantage.
Strong technical skills in dialysis equipment and vascular access management.

If the CV is not made as per the RULES of the ATS, the information will get messed up in the database. In the image below, 'PMP' has gone into the 'Mobile Number' column. The Mobile Number '052 1234567' has gone into the 'Main Skill' column.
