Inside Sales Representative – New Business
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to drive business growth by proactively identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients.
You will develop a strong understanding of each client’s needs, recommend tailored solutions, and guide opportunities through to close. If you are passionate about sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and consistently aim to exceed targets, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
Research, identify, and qualify new leads using our database and market insights.
Connect with prospective clients through outbound calls and clearly communicate the value of our solutions.
Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable listing packages available on propertyfinder.ae.
Develop an in-depth understanding of our product portfolio and confidently present and demonstrate our offerings.
Apply a consultative sales approach by researching clients, presenting compelling value propositions, addressing objections, recommending effective solutions, and establishing clear next steps.
Maintain consistent and strategic follow-up with prospects, identify key decision-makers, and deliver a personalized sales experience.
Negotiate contracts effectively to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the company.
Use internal data and insights to refine your sales approach and improve performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
Guide new clients through onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Maintain accurate CRM records for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s continued growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, science, or a related field.
Two to three years of experience in an outbound call centre, inside sales, or a related sales role.
Strong listening, communication, and consultative selling skills.
Proven ability in financial negotiation, objection handling, competitive positioning, and problem-solving.
Excellent telephone manner and cold-calling skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional customer-service skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Fluency in English is required; native Arabic proficiency is preferred.
