What you'll be doing

At Chalhoub we express the exceptional! Working as a Luxury Tech Consultant you will be responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience; and ensuring support in the implementation of CRM, CX and other key customer and people initiatives in-store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store level sell out target accountability.
  • Build category manager relationships at store level.
  • Monitor daily and weekly sales performance of each Expert within the assigned coverage.
  • Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of permanent Experts to achieve set sellout target
  • Maintain accurate records of individual sales results, team performance, and activities
  • Improvement of individual Expert performance and skills.
  • Ensure in store stock in appropriate level in the assigned stores.
  • Foster a positive, high-energy team environment focused on results
  • Address and resolve any performance issues
  • Ensure the team is delivering excellent customer service

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong communication skills

  • Previous Experience in Retail (Fashion, Jewlery, Accessories, Technology

  • 2 years' of experience within Retail.

What You'll Be Doing

As a People Partner Trainee within our Beauty business, you'll discover how People & Culture teams shape the employee experience, support business operations, and create a workplace where people can thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

HR Operations & People Partnering

  • Support daily HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and follow-ups.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, trackers, and operational reports.

  • Assist with purchase orders, reporting, and administrative activities supporting UAE and Bahrain operations.

  • Learn to navigate internal HR systems, including SAP and Drive, with guidance from experienced team members.

  • Coordinate with People teams and business stakeholders to support employee-related activities.

Employee Experience & Onboarding

  • Support the development of a tailored onboarding and induction experience for new joiners within Beauty.

  • Coordinate onboarding communications, activities, and employee follow-ups.

  • Help ensure new employees receive the information and support they need throughout their onboarding journey.

  • Contribute ideas to continuously improve the employee experience.

Employee Engagement & Recognition

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement and recognition initiatives.

  • Maintain an annual calendar of employee activities, celebrations, and recognition moments.

  • Coordinate team gatherings, internal communications, and engagement updates.

  • Collaborate with Graphic Design and Marketing teams to develop engaging employee communications.

  • Bring fresh ideas to create meaningful experiences that strengthen employee connections.

Emiratisation & National Talent Experience

  • Support the employee journey of UAE National talent, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing engagement.

  • Build relationships with Emirati associates and trainees across the Beauty portfolio.

  • Support recruitment follow-ups, Nationalisation reporting, and employee engagement activities.

  • Act as an approachable point of contact for trainees, helping coordinate their questions, feedback, and follow-ups.

  • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the UAE National employee community.

Frontline Engagement & Business Exposure

  • Participate in regular employee touchpoints and store visits to understand the frontline experience.

  • Engage with employees and managers across different Beauty brands and business areas.

  • Gather feedback and support follow-up actions that contribute to a positive workplace experience.

  • Adapt to changing business priorities while balancing administrative responsibilities with employee-facing activities.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • UAE National with a Family Book.

  • A genuine interest in Human Resources, People & Culture, Employee Experience, or Emiratisation.

  • An approachable, sociable personality with confidence engaging employees across different teams and levels.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic reporting, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP.

  • Creativity and an interest in developing employee engagement ideas.

  • Flexibility to engage with employees across offices and retail locations.

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and openness to coaching and feedback.

Additional skills that would be an advantage:

  • Familiarity with Canva or visual communication tools.

  • Interest in internal communications, event coordination, or employee engagement.

  • Previous exposure to HR administration, recruitment, or employee-related projects.

Job Description:

The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring product awareness, and building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders. The role requires a strong understanding of the therapy areas, market dynamics, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders in your assigned territory.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and proper usage of our products.
  • Identify and target new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Ensure the availability and visibility of products in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
  • Organize and attend medical conferences, product presentations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Monitor sales targets and work towards achieving or exceeding them.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy / medicine.
  • Valid National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Must have a driver’s license & transportation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
