Overview

This position requires a content writer who excels in crafting narrative content with a smooth flow and can adapt to various styles, including educational, informational, creative, website content, email content, long-form articles, and corporate content.

Proficiency in writing in both Standard Classic Arabic “Fos’ha” and the white Saudi dialect, with no grammatical or spelling errors.

The writing should serve the business objectives, client goals, as well as the creative objectives of the team and strategic plans.

Responsibilities

Technical & Product

• Crafting texts such as copy, product descriptions, direct mails, push notifications, landing pages, proofreading, and content editing to ensure accuracy and clarity.

• Ensuring the consistency and quality of all prepared content.

• Working in partnership with the team to develop creative concepts for marketing materials and campaigns.

• Researching brands and relevant industries to stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends.

• Creating fresh, new, and interesting ideas and conveying them effectively to adopt the tone of the proposed brand/campaign.

• Able to write both long-form editorial content and short content, including headlines.

• Has the ability to diversify writing styles to match the nature of the campaign or type of client.

 

 

Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency

• Experienced in taking briefs, crafting effective copy, writing and formatting copy decks, and interpreting brand tone of voice and language.

• Develop and execute strategically sound creative for cross-channel initiatives.

• Persuasively present both internally and to clients with credibility, reasoning, and emotion.

• Actively listen to truly understand the ask, client feedback, and internal feedback.

• Ensure communications are produced to the highest standards of accuracy and quality control.

• Deliver fresh ideas and personality while working within the existing brand voice and tone.

• Align multiple brand strategies and messaging ideas within the copy.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in writing and editing content.

• Understanding of the differences between types of content and proficiency in writing them.

• Proficiency in writing in both the white Saudi dialect and Standard Arabic ”Fos’ha”.

Job Description:

Foreground is partnering with a diversified Saudi holding group with established operations across multiple sectors and a growing regional footprint. As the organization enters a critical phase of institutional transformation, the group is seeking to appoint a Group Finance Director to lead enterprise-wide financial governance, transformation initiatives, and capital readiness programs across the organization.

The Role

Reporting directly to Group leadership, the Group Finance Director will assume responsibility for overseeing the financial management, governance, and strategic finance function across all group entities. The position carries a strong transformation mandate, including leading the completion of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation, supporting the organization’s IPO readiness agenda, and strengthening the governance, controls, and reporting infrastructure required for a mature institutional environment.

The role will work closely with executive leadership and shareholders, providing strategic financial insight, driving operational discipline, and ensuring the group is positioned to support future growth, investment activity, and capital market objectives. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring a balance of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and hands-on execution capability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the group finance function across all subsidiaries and operating entities.

Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes at group level.

Oversee the successful completion and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation across the organization.

Support the group’s IPO readiness initiatives, including governance enhancement, internal controls, reporting standards, and compliance frameworks.

Establish and maintain consolidated financial reporting structures aligned with IFRS and listed-company standards.

Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, investment decisions, and financial risk management.

Lead treasury, banking relationships, and financing activities across the group structure.

Manage engagement with auditors, advisors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.

Ensure full compliance with ZATCA requirements and all applicable Saudi financial regulations.

Develop and mentor a high-performing finance organization capable of supporting a complex, multi-entity environment.

Deliver financial insights and operational recommendations to improve efficiency, profitability, and long-term enterprise value.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including significant exposure within holding groups or multi-entity organizations.

Prior experience operating at Group Finance Director, Finance Director, Deputy CFO, or equivalent senior leadership level.

Demonstrated involvement in IPO preparation or public-market readiness initiatives.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable enterprise ERP platforms.

Professional qualification required: CPA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA, or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of IFRS, ZATCA regulations, and the Saudi financial and compliance landscape.

Proven experience managing banking relationships and structuring financing or credit facilities.

Ability to engage confidently with executive leadership, Boards, and external stakeholders.

Strong commercial mindset combined with operational and transformation capability.

Saudi nationals are strongly preferred. GCC nationals with substantial Saudi market experience may also be considered.

Full professional fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Promote the company’s products to healthcare professionals to educate them on the value that our products bring to the patients/customers in Kuwait.

Effectively use tools and resources (SFA/SFE), to ensure achieving the planned coverage, frequency and call rate for the assigned customers’ list.

Understand customers’ needs and requirements and effectively communicate product benefits and address customer concerns.

Ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in the assigned territory.

Identify new opportunities and gain new business while maintaining the existing business.

Establish and develop relations with key personnel in all accounts in the assigned territory.

Provide reports to supervisor regarding territory status, to include forecasts, proposals and business reviews.

Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.

Ensure mastery of Product knowledge related to the company’s products as well as the competitive products that are available in the market.

Carry out effective sales calls, targeting high sales hospitals for maximum efficiency. Maintain a daily track record of the sales calls.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.

Ensure compliance with all the company’s policies and codes.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of pharma experience in Kuwait

Multinational experience is preferred. 

Internal and external candidates.

About the Role:

In the technical functional task area, SEA 21 requires contractor support in the areas of hull, mechanical, and electrical (HM&E), combat systems, aviation and data, cyber, and information systems. SEA 21 needs HM&E, combat systems, and aviation support for the program offices to plan modernization, analyze system performance across ships, and plan sustainment of systems. SEA 21 needs HM&E, combat systems, and aviation support at the waterfront to execute program modernization and work closely with fleet and the shore establishment to assess maintenance and sustainment of equipment at the individual ship level. SEA 21 needs data, cyber, and information systems support to design and assess the performance of systems and equipment during design and development, test events, trials, and normal operation. Technical efforts include analyzing reliability, maintainability, and availability data, developing and performing test and evaluation plans, and developing and implementing science and technology and SBIR efforts. In support of this functional task area, the contractor must:

• Analyze, manipulate, or process large sets of data using statistical software.

• Identify business problems or program objectives that can be addressed through data analysis.

• Deliver oral presentations and written results of mathematical modeling and data analysis to programs.

• Design surveys, opinion polls, or other tools to collect data.

• Create graphs, charts, or other visualizations to convey the results of data analysis.

• Write functions and customize applications to conduct analyses.

• Recommend data-driven solutions to programs for budget, resources, and policy decisions.

• Interpret test information to resolve design-related problems.

• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, working with manufacturers, field representatives, and shore support to procure parts and make resources available.

• Oversee and report on the installation or operation of equipment or systems.

• Research equipment or component needs, sources, competitive prices, delivery times, or ongoing operational costs.

• Review electrical engineering plans and designs to ensure adherence to specifications and compliance with applicable electrical codes and standards.

• Educate equipment operators on the proper use of equipment.

• Estimate cost, material, and resources, and prepare project schedules and budgets.

• Develop and review maintenance standards.

• Select electronics equipment, components, or systems to meet functional specifications.

• Provide support and recommendations regarding the installation and use of new and existing equipment.

• Access and maintain records and manuals to document testing or operation of equipment, status of installed equipment, and history of repairs and corrective actions.

• Assist in procuring parts and equipment and maintaining inventory and related documentation.

• Assess the quality of security controls, using performance indicators.

• Identify risks and implement solutions to information security problems.

• Review security and risk assessments of equipment and systems for compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations.

• Recommend programs and oversee the program’s use of information security standards, policies, and best practices.

• Coordinate monitoring of systems, assessing vulnerabilities, analyzing information security systems.

• Develop information security standards and best practices and implement tools to assist in detecting, preventing, and analyzing security threats.

• Write reports evaluating networks and investigating information security risks.

• Analyze data to estimate costs and to develop and determine the feasibility of designs and proposals.

• Evaluate performance of ships and systems during testing and dock and sea trials to determine conformance with design standards.

• Investigate and observe tests on machinery and equipment for compliance with standards.

• Review work requests and compare them with previous work completed on ships to ensure that costs and scope are reasonable.

• Act as liaisons between Ship's Force, shore support, and programs to communicate cost, schedule, and technical performance.

• Coordinate activities with stakeholders to ensure maintenance, repairs, and alterations are at minimum cost and impact and consistent with safety and policy.

• Maintain contact with shipyard contractors and write reports to track completion of work.

• Design and oversee testing, installation, repair of and training on equipment and systems.

• Review layout and operation of ships, systems, and equipment and their compliance with standards and design drawings and schematics.

• Prepare plans, estimates, design and construction schedules, and contract specifications, including any special provisions.

• Maintain records of maintenance, repair, and modernization of systems and equipment.

• Prepare technical reports for use by programs.

• Coordinate maintenance and repair of ship's equipment and systems.

• Conduct statistical studies to analyze or compare equipment costs, installation and repair schedules, and equipment performance.

• Assist in operational and performance testing of components, systems, and equipment to determine characteristics and improve performance.

• Conduct failure analyses, document results, and recommend corrective actions.

• Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, or drawings.

• Monitor, inspect, and test HM&E equipment.

• Discuss changes in design, policy, and procedures with programs and external stakeholders.

• Provide technical support to programs and other employees regarding technical systems and documentation.

• Prepare sketches and write and review procedures for equipment operation and maintenance.

• Assist engineers to design, develop, and test HM&E and combat systems.

• Prepare equipment inspection schedules, reliability schedules, work plans, and other records.

• Prepare specifications and designs for ship components, equipment, and systems.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:

• Perform other duties, as assigned.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience related to position required

• 15 years’ professional experience related to position and experience supporting a DoD component preferred

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field OR preferred years of experience required

• Master’s degree in marine engineering, naval architecture, or related field preferred

Certificate, License, and Registration Requirements:

• Professional Engineer’s license preferred

Other Required Skills & Abilities:

• Shows proficient skills associated with the position

• Performs complex tasks independently and completes assigned tasks on time and to a standard that is satisfactory or better.

• Provides guidance and oversight to contractors at the junior and mid experience levels.

• Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
