We need a Lab Technician,

Nestlé Waters KSA – Almanhal Water Factory (Position based in Almanhal Water Factory - Riyadh)

Main Purpose of Job :

You will be involved in variety of lab – based procedures which include sampling, testing measuring, recording and analyzing results as a part of Quality team. Your job is to provide all the technical support to enable laboratory to function effectively while adhering to Nestlé procedures and health and safety regulations

Key Outputs:

Perform raw materials, mid production and finish product samples for general and advanced analytical testing in compliance with Nestlé Quality Assurance approved procedures.
Perform routine to complex analysis of testing following NQAC SOPs to ensure accurate and repeatable testing results are obtained
Record chemical lot numbers and equipment serial numbers and perform daily equipment calibrations according to Nestlé principles to achieve exceptional level of traceability.
Collaborate with technicians, chemists and customer service to resolve problems that arise before, during and after testing and analysis of samples.
Adhere to the Nestlé SHE rules and procedures at all times during the working hours to ensure own and others safety.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Chemistry or relevant major.

2. proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office.

3. Good English.

Key Responsibilities:

Working as Project Manager for Highrise projects
You are the main point of contact to the customer
Accountable for technical planning, forming projects, managing multiple projects, and engineering teams

Determines and plans technical solutions for Highrise projects
Supports the sales team by determining appropriate formwork solutions that meet the customers’ needs

Project coordination/management regarding projects and daily business

Qualifications

Technical/Civil Engineering Qualification

At least 5 years of intensive experience in Highrise projects
Master’s degree in management is preferable
Solid communication skills in English (Preferable Arabic speaker as well)
Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
Proven track record managing projects in formwork & scaffolding industry.
Experience leading cross-functional or international teams.
Background in industry-specific projects (Mainly High-rise)
Minimum 10 years’ experience within ME-Countries (Preferable Saudi Arabia).

Maintain a good relationship with dealers and retailers, provide high quality service to existing distributors and attend to customers’ complaints and maintain Customer Relationship Management Database.
Ensure profitability of the company by selling high value products and increasing the retail network to create a good customer base in the market.
Execute sales policies and marketing activities in line with company rules and regulations to support business growth, uniformity, and business efficacy.
Securing small/medium and maintenance projects and utilizing distribution network in the supplying process to awarded projects.
