Sleep Technologist, Sharjah, UAE

This role is responsible to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders, including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, comprehensive patient care and direct patient education. A sleep technologist is able to perform the duties defined for a sleep technician and score sleep data and prepare raw data for physician while ensuring compliance with M42 policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic sleep studies, including Polysomnography (PSG), PAP titration, split‑night studies, MSLT, MWT, parasomnia studies, oxygen titration, and portable monitoring as per established protocols.

Review patient history, verify medical orders, and prepare patients for sleep studies, including education on procedures, equipment, and disease management.

Apply electrodes and sensors using the 10–20 system, perform physiological and equipment calibrations, and ensure high‑quality, artifact‑free signal acquisition in line with AASM guidelines.

Monitor patients throughout the study, document clinical observations, and respond appropriately to patient needs and safety concerns.

Score sleep stages and clinical events (e.g., respiratory events, limb movements, cardiac events, arousals) and generate accurate sleep study reports using AASM standards.

Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of sleep lab equipment; coordinate with biomedical engineering for servicing and repairs.

Perform additional patient testing as required, including ABGs, non‑invasive PAP assessments, and CO₂ monitoring (EtCO₂ or TcCO₂).

Ensure accurate documentation, billing charge capture, and compliance with organizational, regulatory, and infection control standards.

Contribute to quality improvement, research, and service development initiatives within the sleep medicine program.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy (or) a Certificate in Respiratory Therapy for not less than 2 years (or) Academic qualification Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Either ONE of the following certificates

o Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (RPSGT)

o American Board of Sleep Medicine (ABSM)

o Sleep Disorders Specialty Examination by National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)

Minimum two (2) years of experience post qualification in a related field

Should have the medical license (DOH/DHA/MOH)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification / ACLS / PALS

Role overview

Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to come and join our global business.

Reporting directly to the Business Development Team Lead, and working collaboratively with the Commercial team and potential partners, you will be 100% focused on bringing in new business development. Job Purpose

Assists in managing and growing the existing online travel agencies (OTAs) and API partners across all current and new Airlines/Hubs in the respective network. To effectively service OTA account relations, communication and development with focus on the retention and expansion of the revenue and market share. Also responsible to source for new OTA connections and to liaise with the technology team to connect them to company’s platform.

Key Result Responsibilities

1. Builds effective relationships with key decision makers within the portfolio of OTA and uses every opportunity to maintain existing accounts and source new ones, as well, to enhance the company’s brand presence on the online portals and websites.

2. Implements and runs a pro-active and effective OTA accounts management process and communication structure to ensure commercial objectives are fully understood and targets are met and exceeded with clients.

3. Identifies new opportunities to connect with OTA partners across the network and implementing processes to bring them on the company platform.

4. Co-manages all new OTA connections by liaising between the Online Agencies and Technology Team to create a smooth process from both ends to bring new partners on the Airline platform.

5. Monitors the technical efficiency of the OTA customers’ online engines to enable their competitiveness and functionality and to supply them with day-to-day support.

6. Responsible for the channelling of information to and from Online Travel Agents of all accounts across the regions and for their adherence to agreed policies and procedures.

7. Conducts field visits to meet Online Partners, bench-mark analysis to keep abreast with competitors’ position, market conditions, and customer needs affecting market trends.

8. Prepares timely sales performance reports for the respective Manager to agree on necessary action and ensure increase of revenue.

9. Collaborates with various internal and external stakeholders to coordinate marketing campaigns and activities for Online Partners to increase Brand visibility and growth in revenue numbers.

10. Builds/maintains rapport with stakeholders and key customers in the respective area with an accurate database.Partners with other departments to manage existing/new OTA contracts and SLAs.

11. Performs any additional duties as advised by the Line Manager.

Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)

Bachelor degree in Management or equivalent

Work Experience

3+ years of related sales experience with considerable exposure and understanding of Airline & OTA systems requirements and operations. Additional qualification in Aviation/IATA/Tourism is a plus.

E-commerce background with exposure to technical knowledge of OTA systems is desirable.

Possesses effective persuasive sales and marketing skills and techniques.

Proven skills in analyzing data and recommending effective solutions.

Effective negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Employs technical expertise and interpersonal relations to support company’s objectives.

Capable of developing reports, comparison sheets, and charts as well as utilizing statistics to identify trends and support the revenue team with recommendations.

Capable of developing and conducting power point presentations to clients.

Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against business strategy and set KPIs.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our Construction Supervision team, supporting the delivery of high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will ensure that architectural works are executed in accordance with the contract documents, project specifications, applicable codes, and the approved design intent while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and workmanship.

Working closely with the Senior Architect and multidisciplinary supervision team, the Architect will monitor construction activities, review contractor submissions, inspect completed works, and facilitate the successful delivery of architectural packages from commencement through to handover.

Responsibilities:

Supervise architectural works on site to ensure compliance with contract drawings, specifications, authority requirements, and approved shop drawings.

Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality of workmanship, materials, finishes, and installation methods.

Review and provide technical comments on shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, method statements, and requests for information (RFIs).

Monitor construction progress and identify potential quality or technical issues, providing practical recommendations to maintain project delivery.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, façade, interior design, landscape, and specialist subcontractors to resolve interface issues.

Witness inspections and testing of architectural elements, ensuring compliance with project quality plans and inspection test plans

Prepare site observation reports, non-conformance reports, snagging lists, and monitor close-out of outstanding issues.

Verify completed works for interim payment applications and provide recommendations to the Resident Engineer.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

Minimum 7–12 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to construction supervision of high-rise / residential building projects.

UAE or GCC construction supervision experience is highly preferred.
