Senior Cyber Security Service Development Specialist, Barakah, UAE

Job Purpose

Provides direct technical oversight and support for critical projects assigned to Cyber Security at Barakah Nuclear Power Plant by developing detailed plans for the conduct or support of the critical cyber security operations activities through collaboration with all stakeholders. Participates in targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration during the execution of cyber projects

Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability

Primary Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Consults with internal stakeholders to evaluate functional requirements and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

• Conduct risk analysis, feasibility study, and/or trade-off analysis to develop, document, and refine functional requirements and specifications.

• Define project scope and objectives based on user requirements.

• Develop and document requirements, capabilities and constraints for design procedures and processes.

• Perform needs analysis to determine opportunities for new and improved business process solutions.

• Interpret and translate internal stakeholder requirements into Operational requirements.

• Applying cyber security and privacy principles to organizational requirements.

• Develop detailed plans for the conduct or support of the critical cyber security operations activities through collaboration with all stakeholders.

• Participates in target selection, validation, synchronization, and enables integration during the execution of cyber actions.

• Provide input to the analysis, design, development, or acquisition of capabilities used for meeting cyber security objectives.

• Assist and advise stakeholders in identifying and developing best practices for facilitating operational support to achievement of organization objectives.

• Develop or participate in the development of standards for providing, requesting, and/or obtaining support from external partners for critical cyber security operations.

• Facilitate interactions between internal and external stakeholders to synchronize and integrate courses of action in support of objectives.

• Issue requests for information and provide subject matter expertise for critical cyber security projects.

• Ensure that technical project documentation is made available so that the customers can develop procedures and processes.

• Liaise with external stakeholders, provide technical guidance of business requirements.

• Validate technical solutions, including designs.

• Oversee the technical implementation of projects and ensure that the solutions being delivered meet with organizational and regulatory requirements

Professional Certifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or Information Security or Computer Science or relevant field.

5 years of relevant experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a Data Engineer (Innovation) with 6+ years of experience to design, develop and maintain data pipelines to support AI initiatives.

Requirements:

Collaborate with data scientists to understand requirements and ensure data availability and quality.

Implement data processing and transformation logic to prepare data for analysis and modelling.

Monitor and optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data engineering technologies and best practices.

Contribute to low-level architecture/technical design aligned to the high-level solution and business

requirements

Work within the agile development team to analyse and decompose stories into tasks for simpler

implementation

Proactively identify new frameworks/tools/processes to enhance the efficiency of the development team

Experience

Job Description

Our client school was established in 2002 and aims to provide a world class education that prepares students with the skills and knowledge to succeed in academic, personal and social endeavors and to enable them to pursue and succeed in higher education at leading academic institutions throughout the world. There are six schools within the group with locations in Abu Dhabi, Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Dubai, Sharjah, Al Ain and Ras Al Khaimah. All schools are accredited by AdvancED and three of the schools are authorized by IBO to offer Primary Years (PYP), Middle Years (MYP) and the IB Diploma Programs (DP). All secondary schools offer College Board Advanced Placement classes as determined by student requests.

Type of school: Owned by the Ministry of Presidential Affairs and attended by local students

Age of students: Grades K-12

This program utilizes the AP or IB curriculum depending on location

About the contract

Contract: 2-3 years

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Salary: 12,500-21,000 AED based on years of experience and credentials

Flight

Furnished apartment provided and utilities covered up to 500 AED/month

Paid vacation: Winter vacation & Summer holiday + Paid national holidays

Visa: Work Visa provided

Insurance provided

Coordinators receive an additional 1,500-3,000 AED/month depending on curriculum and subject specialty

Middle & High school subject teachers

Must have a bachelor degree in the subject being taught plus a teaching license or

Post Graduate education degree or an education degree with a specialty in that particular subject

Kindergarten and primary school teachers must have a bachelor degree in Education.

Minimum 2 years post-graduate teaching experience in subject you're applying for

Must be able to provide references to verify teaching experience

The Admin Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of Nest Campus. The role involves managing office administration, coordinating facility requirements, maintaining records, supporting campus operations, handling vendor coordination, and providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills while maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration

· Manage the daily administrative activities of the campus.

· Maintain office files, records, and confidential documents in both physical and digital formats.

· Ensure office supplies and stationery are adequately stocked and managed.

· Prepare administrative reports, letters, and official correspondence.

· Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes when required.

· Maintain accurate employee and campus administrative records.

Facility & Office Management

· Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other service providers to ensure smooth campus operations.

· Monitor office equipment and arrange timely servicing and maintenance.

· Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of the campus facilities.

· Track maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors for prompt resolution.

Vendor & Procurement Coordination

· Liaise with vendors for quotations, purchases, and service agreements.

· Raise purchase requests and monitor delivery of office supplies and equipment.

· Maintain vendor records and ensure timely invoice processing.

· Reception & Visitor Management

· Welcome visitors and ensure a professional front-office experience.

· Coordinate visitor access and meeting arrangements.

· Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier services efficiently.

Documentation & Compliance

· Maintain administrative documentation in compliance with company policies.

· Support audits by organizing and providing required administrative records.

· Ensure all campus administrative procedures are followed.

Coordination & Support

· Provide administrative support to HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments.

· Coordinate employee travel, accommodation, and transportation arrangements when required.

· Assist in organizing campus events, training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

Reporting

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.

· Monitor administrative expenses and assist in budget tracking.

· Report operational issues and recommend improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in Administration, Office Management, or Facility Administration.

Experience in educational institutions or campus administration is an advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
