Senior Administration Officer, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Purpose & Scope:

Ensuring HSSEQ goals, objectives and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement.
Safe delivery and handover of the Project to the Owner, sustainably, safely, on time, within budget, ensuring that a quality product is produced that represents ‘best value’ for the Owner and their Stakeholders.
To provide Cost and Estimating management, leadership and support for all Project activities.
Oversee Budget, Cost, Estimating, Progress Measurement and Forecasting activities of the EPC Contractor and ensure these are aligned to the overall Project objectives.
Support the Project Controls Manager and provide functional support to the Project PMC and Owner’s teams.
Principal Accountabilities:

Support office administration and facilities management 
Provide Personnel Administration & Mobilization Support
Arrange air tickets, hotel bookings, site accommodation, and transportation.
Coordinate staff movements between HQ, site, and home country.
Manage vehicle allocation, driver coordination, and transport schedules.
Support emergency travel and mobilization requirements.
Control logistics costs in line with approved budgets
Maintain administrative records, correspondence logs, and filing systems.
Support document controllers with transmittals, courier handling, and archiving.
Manage incoming/outgoing letters, packages, and official communications.
Ensure proper confidentiality and controlled access to sensitive documents.
Maintain attendance, timesheets, and leave records for PMC personnel.
Coordinate with project controls / HR for timesheet validation and payroll inputs.
Track annual leave balances and support leave utilization planning.
Issue reminders on contract end dates and leave encashment policies.
Manage admin-related vendors (transport, catering, cleaning, accommodation).
Support procurement with quotations, LPO follow-ups, and service contracts.
Monitor vendor performance and service-level compliance.
Process invoices related to admin services for finance verification.
Support cost tracking for admin and logistics budgets.
Verify invoices, receipts, and supporting documents before finance submission.
Maintain petty cash records (if applicable).
Act as focal point for administrative coordination with Client and contractors.
Support Client audits, meetings, and visits (logistics and arrangements).
Ensure alignment with Client administrative procedures and site rules.
Ensure compliance with Company, Client, and regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external audits (HR, HSE, ISO, Client audits).
Maintain updated administrative procedures and trackers.
Provide regular admin status reports to PMC management.
 
Qualification and Experience

A bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent from an accredited university

Relevant years' experience as Administrator or similar role in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects including experience in GCC region.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Ensures safety and environmental management systems are systematically maintained and documented across all AL TAIF workshops, warehouses, and office areas.
• Reviews and analyzes inspection data to identify trends in noncompliance and governs the tracking and closure of all reported findings.
• Serves as a primary advisor to management and supervisors on the integration of HSE protocols into administrative and operational workflows.
• Administers the management-approved Risk Framework, maintaining the Risk Register.
• Develops and oversees training programs for risk assessments, JHAs, and environmental impact evaluations to ensure standardized application across the organization.
• Prepares comprehensive performance reports, strategic recommendations, and data summaries for senior leadership review.
• Manages the internal HSE training curriculum, schedules, and records for all AL TAIF employees and contractors.
• Oversees the administrative documentation and manifest systems for waste management to ensure strict compliance with UAE regulations and AL TAIF procedures.
• Maintains the strict confidentiality and security of all sensitive company information and HSE records.
• Provides technical mentorship and administrative support to other members of the HSE team to ensure departmental objectives are fulfilled.
• Perform other duties as required by their line manager and/or department managers

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 

• High School Diploma is required, Bachelor's degree is preferred; in a related field would be an advantage.
• A minimum of five years of experience working in a HSE role is required.
• Exposure to a technical program related to Industrial safety is preferred.
• The capability to monitor and analyse HSE trends is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software and email correspondence is required.
• The ability to learn governmental regulations with regard to HSE subjects and then apply this knowledge in
order to spot safety and environmental deficiencies in the workplace is required.
• An ability to interact with both management and non-management personnel in order to discuss identified
deficiencies is required.
• The ability to work Independently without direct supervision on a day to day basis Is required.
• Experience in developing HSE training materials and delivering presentations to diverse groups is required.
• The ability to work independently without direct supervision and manage multiple administrative projects simultaneously is required
• A good work ethic Is required as this position requires the employee to come to work on time every day.
• An ability to communicate effectively in English, both In writing and verbally is required.
• Have, or be able to obtain a valid UAE driver's license.

We are looking to appoint passionate, creative, and dedicated Music Teachers to join our team in October 2026.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging music lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
Teach vocal and instrumental music to students across designated grade levels.
Develop students' musical skills, creativity, and appreciation for different musical genres and cultures.
Prepare students for school performances, concerts, assemblies, competitions, and special events.
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress and achievement.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and self-expression.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Music, Music Education, Performing Arts
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
Experience teaching vocal and/or instrumental music.
Proficiency in playing one or more musical instruments.

Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Passion for music education and student development.
Ability to organize performances and extracurricular music activities.

Principal Consultant-Oracle Financials Cloud, Sharjah, UAE

Job Description, Role

Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant/ Solution lead with Oracle Financial Cloud implementation experience. As a Principal Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution.

You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications/skills

Strong Oracle Functional expertise and industry Experience in Telecom organizations.
12+ Years of experience in implementation of Oracle Cloud applications.
Must have a strong implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle Financials Cloud.
Required to have at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Financial Cloud (Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash & Treasury Management, Intercompany Accounting, Subledger Accounting, Revenue Management and Lease Management)
Strong experience and Functional knowledge of Oracle Financial Cloud and RMCS
Ability to configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document application set-ups.
Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, prepare functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.
Good Knowledge about oracle cloud strategy on handling Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces and Reports with 3party applications.
Solid understanding of Oracle project methodology (OUM) and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.)
Identify functionality gaps and supporting the development of solutions for them.
Excellent communication skills, adapt in business interaction and understanding business applications.
At least 15 years of experience with IT.

Preferred
Additional knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications such as Oracle PPM Cloud, Oracle Procurement Cloud and Supply Planning
Should have excellent problem-solving skills
Responsible for Coaching and mentoring team members

Applicant Tracking System or "ATS", is the software that 'READS' your CV and stores this information in a database. Like this:
