Experience:

10 years experience in a related field with at least 6 years in senior management foPh.D.hD holders
12 years experience in related field with at least 8 years in senior management for Masters holders
14 years of experience in related field with at least 10 years in senior management for Masters holders

License:

Valid SCFHS License as a Specialist / Senior Nurse Specialist with SCFHS (for Candidates within KSA)
For candidates applying from outside of KSA - should be eligible to have a nursing license as per the SCFHS criteria.
Hold a valid medical license from your home country

Role and Responsibilities:

Leads the development of cluster nursing strategy and ensures alignment of the health network operational plans for nursing affairs.
Collaborates and coordinates with cluster stakeholders in the health network to ensure effective communication.
Develops clinical nursing standards and policies and ensure they are achieved by monitoring and improving clinical competency and clinic excellence of nurse staff affairs across the clusters.
Assesses and ensures the nursing workforce is adequately planned to ensure future demands of the medical services are aligned.
Develops the cluster nursing affairs plan for budget and resource allocation to support all health services.
Participates in clusters credentialing committee to confirm suitability of staff for appointment and promotion.
Ensures nursing care activities provide best practice services.
Participate in Emergency and disaster procedures.

Analyzing areas in planning, promoting and conducting organization-wide performance improvement activities.
Representing the nursing services at all meetings including medical staff and hospital board of director meetings; participates with leaders in designing and providing patient care and services.
Other duties as required.

Proven skills and clinical leadership and management, including the ability to motivate, set standards and demand accountability.
Demonstrated evidence of developing strategies and operational plans
High level analytical and problem solving skills.
Able to work cooperatively and strategically with all levels of healthcare professionals.
Experience in engaging with CEOs, executives, staff and external stakeholders.

Overview Of The Role:

As a Job Estimator in the Workshop, the role is pivotal in providing competitive estimates promptly to enhance customer service for both end users and insurance companies. The position requires a professional who can effectively communicate and negotiate with customers, ensuring estimates are approved and executed efficiently. The Job Estimator is an image builder for the Service Department, fostering trust and confidence within the organization and among stakeholders. Success in this role requires achieving financial targets, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role's context involves working extended hours and maintaining robust communication channels internally and externally.

What You Will Do:

Execute assigned jobs according to established work standards, specifications, and required time.
Observe professional decorum and hospitality with the customer and with co-employees.
Secure minimum 80% approval from the estimated number of vehicles.
Collect all necessary and reliable information from the customer to support evaluation and assessment on damaged vehicles.
Provide estimates of required repairs to customers and negotiate repair charges.
Achieve monthly financial targets set for labor hours, parts, and other sales.
Manage and monitor work in progress to ensure timely delivery of the vehicle to the customer and remind customers about the next service due.
Work extended hours as required by business operations, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

Technical expertise in automotive estimation and assessment.
Proficiency in communication with both customers and peers.
Strong negotiation skills to facilitate vehicle repair approvals.
Ability to manage and track progress to ensure timely delivery of services.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

Diploma or Degree in Technical School, Certificate, or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry or similar role.
Ability to serve as a reliable consultant and provide up-to-date technical information to customers.
Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken. Computer literacy and driving skills are essential.
Strong interpersonal communication skills, dynamic nature, and well-groomed/presentable personality with a positive attitude towards customer service.

The Senior Buyer is responsible for delivering end-to-end procurement activities within the Oil & Gas EPC environment in Saudi Arabia, ensuring the timely, compliant, and cost-effective sourcing of engineered equipment, bulk materials, and subcontracted services. The role supports major EPC projects by aligning procurement execution with project schedules, technical specifications, and client requirements.

Operating within an ORACLE ERP environment, the Senior Buyer plays a key role in driving procurement efficiency, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring full visibility across the procure-to-pay cycle. The position requires strong engagement with engineering, project management, construction teams, and suppliers to mitigate risks, optimize costs, and ensure successful project delivery.

Details / Responsibilities

Execute procurement activities for EPC projects, including sourcing of engineered equipment, long-lead items, bulk materials, and subcontract services
Process and manage purchase requisitions, RFQs, bid evaluations, and purchase orders using ORACLE ERP (Fusion/EBS)
Lead technical and commercial evaluation of bids in coordination with engineering and project teams
Conduct supplier identification, prequalification, and ongoing performance evaluation, with a focus on approved vendor lists (AVL)
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, Incoterms, and contractual conditions to achieve optimal project outcomes
Ensure procurement aligns with project schedules, expediting critical items to meet construction milestones
Manage post-award activities including expediting, vendor document review coordination, inspections, logistics, and delivery follow-ups
Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco / major operator standards, local content (IKTVA), and company procurement policies
Monitor supplier performance and resolve commercial or delivery issues proactively
Generate procurement reports from ORACLE ERP, tracking KPIs such as cost savings, on-time delivery, and commitment values
Identify and implement cost reduction and value engineering opportunities
Support risk management activities, including identifying supply chain constraints and developing mitigation strategies
Provide mentorship to junior buyers and contribute to procurement process improvements
Collaborate with logistics, contracts, quality, and construction teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Professional certification (e.g., CIPS) is strongly preferred
8–12+ years of procurement experience, with significant exposure to Oil & Gas EPC projects
Proven experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA), with knowledge of local regulations, Saudization, and supplier landscape
Strong experience in procuring engineered equipment (e.g., pumps, valves, compressors), bulk materials, and EPC subcontracting
Hands-on expertise in ORACLE ERP & AVEVA ERM systems (Oracle Fusion or EBS), particularly procurement and P2P modules
Strong understanding of project procurement lifecycle, including long-lead item management and expediting
Familiarity with international standards and major client requirements (e.g., Saudi Aramco, SABIC)
Solid experience in supplier negotiations, contract administration, and claims handling
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to leverage ERP data for decision-making
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a multi-disciplinary project environment
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

This Dubai-based position is responsible for leading regional sales activity across the Middle East and Turkey for DTC’s product portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President – MEA & APAC, the role is focused on driving sustained business growth across Defence, government, and public safety markets throughout the region.

The Regional Sales Manager will engage directly with Defence customers, end users, integrators, and industry partners to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and manage complex opportunities through the full sales lifecycle. Working closely with engineering, product management, and commercial teams, the role requires technical product familiarity to effectively position system capabilities and align customer requirements with the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies across Defence, government, and public safety markets
Drive revenue growth, order intake, pipeline development, and forecast accuracy
Build and maintain strategic relationships with Defence customers, prime contractors, and industry partners
Lead complex technical and commercial sales engagements from qualification through to contract execution
Provide accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and market intelligence through Salesforce and internal reporting systems
Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, and product management teams to support customer outcomes
Identify emerging market opportunities, technology trends, and competitive positioning strategies
Ensure compliance with export controls, governance frameworks, and company policies

About You

Demonstrated experience within Defence, tactical communications, surveillance, wireless communications, or related technology environments is essential, along with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and customers across complex technical and commercial discussions within international markets.

The successful candidate will bring strong relationship management capability, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to identifying and securing growth opportunities. Experience operating autonomously across geographically dispersed regions and managing complex opportunities within Defence or government procurement environments will be highly regarded.

Prior military experience and an understanding of tactical military communications, MANET technologies, surveillance systems, or wireless communications are highly desirable. Strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce are essential.

International travel will be required to support customer engagement and regional business activities.
