To plan and manage all preventative maintenance work, new projects, extensions, and renovations.
To comply with all statutory and legal requirements for fire, health and safety licensing and provide all necessary safety equipment required for work to be carried out efficiently and safely.
To continually monitor the responsible use of energy in the hotel, and implement measures resulting in energy cost savings.
To manage the department, in the absence of the Chief Engineer.
Ensure that all maintenance requests are prioritised and are dealt with in an efficient manner, by technically proficient and guest-friendly technicians
He/she ideally should be certified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Must be familiar with the operations and priorities of all other hotel operating departments.
Advise other colleagues on Health & Safety rules and processes.
Performing related duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:


Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Building Services Engineering.
Experience in a luxury hotels & Resorts.
Relevant technical certifications in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, or building maintenance are beneficial.
Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water supply, drainage, and mechanical systems.
Understanding of chillers, boilers, pumps, generators, AHUs, FCUs, BMS, elevators, and fire & life-safety systems.
Ability to read technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and equipment manuals.
Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
Familiarity with energy management and utility monitoring.
Basic knowledge of building automation/BMS and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Understanding of the high service standards expected in luxury hotels and resorts.
Ability to respond quickly to guest-room engineering complaints and emergencies.
Coordination with Housekeeping, Front Office, Security, F&B, and other hotel departments.
Ability to carry out maintenance work while minimizing disruption to guests.
Good understanding of hotel preventive-maintenance schedules and engineering logbooks.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire safety, emergency procedures, and safe working practices.
Awareness of relevant local building, electrical, environmental, and fire-safety regulations.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork.
Ability to remain calm during breakdowns and emergencies.
Attention to detail and strong safety awareness.
Good time management and ability to prioritize urgent maintenance requests.
Professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

We are seeking a Physiotherapist specializing in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation to join our Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation team. The Physiotherapist will provide comprehensive assessment and evidence-based physiotherapy management for male patients with pelvic floor, pelvic health, colorectal, urological, and related musculoskeletal conditions.


Responsibilities

Perform pelvic health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Assess and treat pelvic floor muscle dysfunction and related conditions.
Manage urinary, bowel, pelvic pain, and post-prostatectomy concerns.
Deliver pelvic floor rehabilitation, including exercise, biofeedback, and neuromuscular re-education.
Provide manual therapy for pelvic, abdominal, hip, and lumbar conditions.
Educate patients on pelvic health, lifestyle changes, and self-management strategies.
Support pre- and post-operative rehabilitation and multidisciplinary care.
Maintain accurate documentation, monitor outcomes, and uphold evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy/Physical Therapy
Valid professional license/eligibility to practice as a Physiotherapist in the UAE.
Clinical experience in Male Pelvic Health/Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation.
Strong knowledge of pelvic floor anatomy, physiology, assessment, and rehabilitation.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Good written and verbal English and Arabic communication skills.

Job Description
As Design Lead (Primary), the person shall be capable of reviewing & executing Primary Engineering Activities for AIS / GIS Substation Projects covering multiple geographical domains. He must have good knowledge in Layout Engineering in Substation Projects. He shall facilitate the modellers in development of BIM 3D Model for Substations. In addition, she / he must coordinate with other departments including Inter-departmental checks covering, Electrical, Civil/ Structural, MEP and others. The Design Lead (Primary) shall be required to provide support for the engineering activities covering the full cycle of works from pre-bid engineering to support during commissioning and warranty periods and to extend support to site team. She / He shall lead a team of Design Engineers and Draughtspersons to manage the Engineering activities within budget, deliver on time and maintaining a high quality of engineering.



Key Responsibilities:

Review of Engineering document prepared at Remote Engineering office (India) & assigning the same to Local Adaptation consultant for Language Translation & compliance to local Standard.
Co-ordinating with Uzbekistan based contractor for construction work and supporting them for solving construction issue.
Co-odinating with ACWA and NEGU team for getting drawing approval for construction activities.
Timely Delivery of Engineering Drawings & Documents.
Ensure deliveries are aligned to Project Schedule.
Seek and obtain spatial requirements and details of cut-outs and openings from the Design Lead (Secondary) and incorporate into relevant Drawings
Review primary drawings by Design Engineers & Draughtspersons & checking of design & sizing calculations of primary engineering electrical equipment and obtaining approvals from the client
Review of Vendor deliverables pertaining to Primary Engineering
Capable of Multitasking and deliver multiple things on time
Coordinate with multiple disciplines for ensuring inter-departmental checks
Provide support & clarifications to the Site Execution team
Check pre-award evaluation of vendors (w.r.t. technical specifications requirement of the client) and forward the validation document to Supply Chain Management
Inspect equipment from the finalized vendor after submission of validation document of the vendor.
Clarify issues w.r.t. the design & requirements of the client to the Site Execution Team
Collect inputs for project details (plot details, feeder arrangements etc.) from client & Project Engineering Manager
Coordinating with Operations team and informing Design specifications for obtaining approval
Collect inputs for project details (General Arrangement Drawings) from Vendors
Check deliverables prepared by Engineering office and suitability for construction such as Equipment layouts, Cable Routing Layout, Cable Tray Layout, Earthing Layout, lighting Layout, Lightning Protection Layout
Provide support to secondary team for reviewing Vendor drawings
Submit requirement of man-hours for undertaking & reviewing of design & drawings of the project


Software Skills Required:

General awareness of Dialux, MS Office 
Desirable awareness of ETAP, PSCAD & CYMGRD


Technical Expertise: 

The Design Lead (Primary) is required to have an overall knowledge of equipment layouts and necessary calculations.
The Design Lead (Primary) should also have detailed knowledge of Substation equipment and their Layouts. Furthermore, she / he should have the understanding of primary engineering activities covering SLD Preparation, Layout Engineering, Earthing, Cable Routing, Lighting, Lightning Protection, Cable Tray Routing etc. He should be capable of performing design & sizing calculations of Busbar, UPS, DG, LT Transformer, Earthing Conductor, calculations (Short circuit force, Sag tension, CCC etc.). The Design Lead (Primary) is required to have knowledge on National and International Codes and Standards.
The Design Lead (Primary) is required to understand and interpret the contractual technical requirements and facilitate the Project Teams as and when required.
In addition, the Design Lead (Primary) should also have an overall understanding of the inter-disciplinary (Civil & Structural, Mechanical and Instrumentation) design aspects of electrical equipment.


Qualification & Experience : 

B.E. / B. Tech. in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
10-12 years (Must have experience in design aspects of Primary Engineering in Substations / Power Distribution Projects)

Architecture Inspector, Sharjah, UAE

About this Role: As an Architecture Inspector, you will be part of the Construction Supervision Department, reporting to the Resident Engineer and Section Engineers. You will be responsible for conducting site inspections on road and traffic construction projects to ensure that construction activities comply with approved plans, specifications, codes, and land boundaries provided by the Government. This role requires close coordination with the construction team, engineers, and contractors to verify structural quality, material compliance, and adherence to contract documents throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities: 

Inspect projects during and after construction for structural quality, general safety, and conformance to specifications and codes
Inspect facilities and installations to determine environmental impact and conformity with design
Monitor use of materials and construction techniques to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Monitor installation of plumbing, wiring, equipment, and appliances for proper installation and regulatory compliance
Measure dimensions and verify level, alignment, and elevation of structures or fixtures against building plans and codes
Maintain daily logs and supplement inspection records with photographs
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, standards, and applicable laws and regulations
Attend off-site and out-of-country inspections for review of materials/samples, mock-ups, and testing as required by the contract documents
Inspect procured construction materials delivered to site to ensure compliance with ministerial requirements, specifications, contract documents, and approvals
Ensure materials delivered on site are properly stored and protected per manufacturer recommendations to avoid damage
Correspond and communicate with the construction team to obtain accurate survey control point information for assigned project sites
Conduct inspections on project sites to ensure adherence to approved shop drawings and snag lists
Ensure the accuracy of all information obtained on construction activities
Perform additional duties as reasonably required by the role
Qualifications/Requirements: 

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred)
3+ years of experience in construction/architectural inspection, quality control, or site supervision
Working knowledge of architectural and construction codes, standards, and material specifications
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications
Basic proficiency in surveying tools/equipment and measurement techniques
Strong written and verbal communication skills for daily reporting and coordination with engineers and contractors
Proficiency in relevant software for documentation and reporting (e.g., MS Office; familiarity with site inspection or QA/QC software is a plus)
