Job Description:

Parsons is seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Director - Asset Management to support the growth and delivery of our Asset Management Advisory services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and across the MEA region.

In this role, you will report to the Technical Director - Asset Management (KSA) and provide technical leadership across asset management engagements, lead the successful delivery of projects, and serve as a subject matter expert supporting major pursuits and strategic client initiatives. Working closely with the Technical Director, multidisciplinary teams, and clients, you will deliver practical and innovative asset management solutions that improve the performance, resilience, and value of infrastructure assets. The role combines project leadership, technical excellence, client engagement, and support for the continued growth of Parsons' Asset Management services within KSA and across the wider region.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with project leadership capabilities and a client-focused mindset, contributing to both project delivery and business growth within the region.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the delivery of asset management advisory and consulting projects across transportation, mobility, utilities, buildings, and other infrastructure sectors.
Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing strategic and technical guidance to clients on asset management best practice, ISO 55000 aligned frameworks, lifecycle planning and asset information management.
Manage multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
Lead client workshops, stakeholder engagement activities, technical reviews, and the preparation of asset management strategies, frameworks, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
Support business development activities through opportunity identification, client engagement, proposal preparation, technical solution development, and interview presentations.
Contribute to the growth of Parsons' Asset Management capability in KSA by supporting knowledge sharing, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating across regional and global practices.
Support the delivery of a broad range of asset management services including asset management strategies, asset information and inventory management, asset performance frameworks, lifecycle planning, risk-based planning, and digital asset management initiatives.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Infrastructure, Technology, or a related discipline.
15–20 years of experience in asset management, infrastructure consultancy, engineering, or advisory services.
Demonstrated experience leading asset management projects and delivering asset management solutions in accordance with industry best practice and ISO 55000 principles.
Strong understanding of strategic asset management, asset information management, lifecycle planning, asset performance management, and planning.
Experience supporting and contributing to proposals, technical pursuits, and client development activities.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams across a range of technical disciplines.
Experience managing client relationships and facilitating workshops, presentations, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Strong project management, communication, and report-writing skills.
Experience within transportation, mobility, utilities, buildings, energy, water, or other critical infrastructure sectors.
Professional-level written and spoken English.
The role will be based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with travel across the MEA region as required to support project delivery and business development activities.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Experience with digital asset management technologies, including Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platforms, Common Data Environments (CDEs), digital twins, and asset information systems.
Knowledge of asset analytics, predictive maintenance, condition-based maintenance, and asset performance optimization techniques.
Professional certifications related to Asset Management, Engineering, or Project Management (e.g. CAMA, IAM Certificate/Diploma, PMP, CEng, or equivalent).
Experience working on major infrastructure program within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Arabic language skills.
Experience preparing thought leadership materials, conference presentations, or technical publications related to asset management.

We need a Reservations Supervisor

Oversee accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes. Communicate company values and/or culture to new employees. Review and implement new Reservations procedures. Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail. Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type. Verify availability of room type and rate. Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers. Accommodate and document special requests. Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations. Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue. Input and access data in reservation system. Respond to any challenges found for accommodating rooming requests. Set-up proper billing accounts according to Accounting policies. Troubleshoot, resolve, and document guest issues and concerns or escalate/refer to appropriate individual.

Assist management in training, scheduling, counseling, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with the Director of People & Culture to develop, implement, and continuously refine the organisation's people strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management, team member relations, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and offboarding
Serve as a key advisor and first point of escalation for managers and team members on complex HR matters, including team member relations issues, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
Ensure consistent compliance with all applicable local, regional, and national labour laws, employment legislation, and internal policies, updating frameworks proactively as regulations evolve

Support workforce planning efforts, including talent pipeline development, succession planning, and organisational design

Oversee the administration and continuous improvement of HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and process efficiency
Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads to understand business needs and provide proactive, solution-focused HR support
Lead or contribute to HR projects and change management initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and clear communication across the organisation
Support the development and delivery of management capability programmes, coaching leaders to build confident and inclusive people management practices
Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) across all HR processes, policies, and cultural initiatives, ensuring equitable outcomes for all team members
Manage HR budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party service providers where applicable, ensuring value for money and alignment with organisational standards
Monitor industry trends and emerging HR best practices, bringing forward-thinking recommendations to continuously evolve the People & Culture function

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field
Professional HR certification such as CIPD (Level 7 or equivalent), SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or a recognised regional equivalent
Minimum of 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial HR role, ideally within the luxury hospitality
Demonstrated knowledge of employment law, HR compliance frameworks, and best practices across the full team member lifecycle
Proven experience managing and developing HR teams, with strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership capabilities
Solid track record of contributing to or leading HR strategy development and successful implementation at an organisational level
Experience handling complex and sensitive team member relations matters with sound judgement, discretion, and professionalism
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear, practical recommendations
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and performance management tools
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of an organisation
Highly organised, with the demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
Demonstrated and active commitment to fostering inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplaces

NICE-TO-HAVE

Experience working within a multi-property, multi-brand, or international luxury hospitality environment
Familiarity with pre-opening hotel or large-scale organisational launch processes

Job Summary:

The Digital Executive is responsible for managing and optimising the school's digital presence across web, email, and messaging platforms to support marketing and admissions goals. This role combines hands-on technical execution with day-to-day digital marketing activity, ensuring the school's online channels are up to date, engaging, and effective.

Key areas of responsibility

Digital Marketing: Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise digital marketing campaigns (paid and organic) to support admissions and brand awareness goals, including social media advertising and digital content promotion.
Email Marketing: Build, schedule, and send email campaigns and newsletters; create and enhance email designs and templates; manage email audience lists/segmentation; monitor open rates, click-through rates, and other performance metrics.
Website Management: Maintain and update the school website with accurate, current content via the school-specific CMS in place; manage basic SEO; refresh campaign landing pages as needed.
Messaging Platforms: Manage the school's WhatsApp messaging platform(s), including campaign messaging, automated responses/chatbots, and parent/prospective-parent communications (both automated and ad hoc).
Digital Tools and Systems: Act as the go-to person for digital/technical needs within the MAC team, enhancing content and processes for the automated workflows across the school (admissions, enrolment, etc.), and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics).
Reporting: Track and report on digital performance metrics across all channels, providing insights and recommendations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the wider MAC team to ensure digital activity aligns with overall marketing, admissions, and communications strategy, along with supporting cross-functionally across Academic, Accounts, Operations, and Processes teams.

Person Specification:

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing, communications, or similar role.
Experience with website content management systems.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, or similar).
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business or other messaging/broadcast platforms is an advantage.
Experience in an educational institution or admissions-driven environment is a plus, though not essential.

Skills and Attributes:

Strong written communication skills (English and Arabic) with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable working with digital tools and quick to pick up new platforms/software.
Solid understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital performance tracking.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple channels and deadlines simultaneously.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset, especially when handling technical issues.
Creative eye for content and an understanding of audience-appropriate messaging (parents, prospective families, students).
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
