Senior Visual Designer, Riyadh, KSA

The Senior Visual Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing design solutions that meet client requirements from concept to completion. The role necessitates strategic and high-level conceptualizing capabilities along with creative thinking skills in order to produce impactful creative assets.

The Senior Visual Designer conceptualizes and creates innovative designs for a variety of projects spanning events, campaigns, product launches, web/digital assets and internal programs right through to execution and produces a wide range of creative work including print/digital assets, PowerPoint presentations, EDM campaigns, technical diagrams and mockups, and infographics.

He/She innovates and elevates the visual design system, developing new ideas and formulating artistic rationale to support creative concepts and direction, manages the strategic design projects and develops end-to-end online and offline visual and brand guidelines for clients.

Experience and Skills Required:

The Senior Visual Designer should have:

A degree in graphic design

5+ years of graphic design experience

Designing expertise and experience across all mediums with an in-depth understanding of the creative design process

An excellent and diverse creative/design portfolio

Strong communication and client interaction skills

High level of proficiency in design software and applications such as Adobe Creative Suite, in particular: InDesign and Photoshop

Advanced level of expertise in CSS and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Description

 To sell the widest range of company’s products to his assigned customers and provide feedback of any competition activity within his area .

 Ensure proper implementation of planogram

 Issue special order requests upon need

 Collect the invoices according to company’s aging policy

 Prepare all needed documents for the call cycle or business review, before going to the market.

 Detect and report new customers in his area to the team leader

 Sell all potential customers

 Handle customer complaints and report them to the sales team leader.

 Present customer orders to the team leader and the daily collection for the distributor or accountant

 Issue return forms for defected products if available and get approval from his superior before actual return.

 Reports to the team leader any problem / objection that occurred and he could not handle.

 Review on quarterly basis customer account reconciliation and get customer signature/approval.

 Perform inventory check for every visit covering warehouses and shelves

Ensure compliance with product and project development procedures across all methodologies, including Agile and DevOps, from analysis through release.

Requirements

About the Job

To become a strategic professional within our team, while utilizing your experience in building and managing client relationships, across the region. Your focus will be on developing new relationships, to onboard new clients while maintaining and servicing a portfolio, through excellent communication, negotiation and customer service.

Responsibilities

Creation of strategic plans for revenue generation and business development while driving the Digital Agenda.

Generate new business to achieve defined targets in terms of the number of customers, volumes and revenue, including product mix, active/ passive ratio, liability targets, transactions.

Induction of all (NTB) new customers brought in by the Branches & Direct Sales team.

Creation of sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.

Update & maintain all Sales MIS (Calls, Prospects, Attritions, Business done, etc.)

Effectively meeting customer expectations and handling/ reduction of customer complaints while providing professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.

Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations for your team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.

Ensure KYC/AML updates, proper zero error documentation.

To be able to detect any suspicious transactions, Money laundering, forgeries etc.

Highest compliance with reference to Anti Bribery, Anti Money Laundering & Combating Financial Crime Risk procedures.

Obtain Security & Commodity Authority (SCA) license (within 6 months of joining) and timely completion of Continuous Program Development (CPD) requirement post SCA licensing. This is a mandatory requirement for the role.

Risk Management

• Ensure KYC/AML updates, proper zero error documentation.

• Updating the C – Manager, adhering to the Contact Management Plan.

• Ensure full awareness of all policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention and KYC.

• Ensure compliance with the above policies on an ongoing basis and reported any suspicious transaction immediately to the supervising officer.

• Ensure full awareness of all policies relating to operational risk, sales processes, anti-misselling, etc and comply with the same.

• Read, understand and comply with all provisions of the Group Code of Conduct.

Governance

• To be able to detect any suspicious transactions, Money laundering, forgeries etc

• Highest compliance with reference to Anti Bribery, Anti Money Laundering & Combating Financial Crime Risk procedures.

• Ensure all GPS standards are followed and adhered.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.

• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

• Good knowledge groups policies, standards, local regulations and legislations of the prevention of money laundering and adherence to group code of conduct.
