3.      Dietetic Department management
Responsible of all the nutrition and dietetics department aspects, the creation of nutrition care plan and programs, nutrition diagnosis and counseling, evaluation and monitoring of  clients' meals. In addition to nutritional assessment and development aspects, determination of recipe portions and standardizations and inspection of food production.
