Al Shidhani Middle East LLC is a multi – faceted organization involved in Sales of Ophthalmic, ENT & General Medical Equipments and Disposables along with Servicing of various Medical Equipments at Oman, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar and India. Spread over branches at Muscat - Oman, Sharjah – UAE and Chennai - India.
 

Roles & Responsibilities: -
 Monitoring Commercial Operation activities and handling the complete Operations management cycle entailing requirement gathering from customer & final installation of equipment.
 Involved in requirement analysis received from hospital by doing market reaserch in line with recent trends & specification and supplier finalisation in consultation with General Manager.
 Conducting inspection of on-site equipment installation to ensure safe practice on handling of equipment and to train healthcare staff on procedure to use the equipment for maximum output.
 Following up with suppliers on approvals & instructions, attending supplier meetings and liaising with supplier on all issues related to equipment deliverables.
 Identifying the reasons for the delay in supply whether the delay is due to any administrative reasons such as delay in receiving administrative approval, shortage of manpower, financial constraints etc.
 Accountable to maintain Annual Maintenance Contract for Hospitals and Health care centres at Oman & UAE by providing quarterly visit and emergency visit for taking care of the equipments according to Ministry guidelines and procedures.
 Formulating Bills and delivery note including interim final valuations, cross-checking of equipments & disposables supplied to healthcare centres.
