Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) was founded four decades ago as a hotel owner and asset manager and has evolved into a hospitality group that encompasses hotels, restaurants, destination management services, catering and transportation. In my role I currently look after Sheraton Abu Dhabi, Le Meridien Abu Dhabi, Radisson Abu Dhabi, Radisson Al Ain and Venetian Village. (1046 Rooms & 37 Outlets)
 

 Responsible for preparing the hotel’s annual budget and ensure that resources are managed within approved budget.
 Provides effective means of communication to facilitate smooth flow of information across the hotel and address associates concerns, feedback and grievances.
 Working closely with Hotel Manager in implementing, achieving and maintaining the hotel goals and objectives
(Guest Satisfaction, Financial Targets, Associate Engagement, Turnover etc).

 Handled end to end recruitment for both hotels.
 Prepare and post job vacancies in Marriott carriers and other appropriate channels.
 Conducted an open day recruitment for the pre-opening had 900+ applicants for the event.
 Hired 180 full time employees in a span of three months for the pre-opening.
 Assisting Complex Director of Human Resources in the budget preparation with manning, benefit, CAPEX, etc.
 Created all the necessary Forms, Job descriptions, Policies, SOP for the pre-opening under the guidance of DHR.
