Maintain record of personnel – Related to data of payroll , contact, leaves, turnover.
Co-ordinate with PRO Processing visa and Medical Insurance.
Highring  staff, evaluating their credentials, putting them into board, Elaborating the training and development to meet the company requirements and Counduct exit interview.
Preparing offer letters, salary certificate, experince certificate, notice, memo and warning letters, termination letter.
Holding all employees towards company information confidential.
Preparing full and final settlement.
Arranging traveling tickets both domestic and international verticals.
Schedule meetings, training, interview etc.
Support other functions as assigned by related department HOD.
Receiving incoming and outgoing mail and providing conferences by return mail.
