JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Landscape Projects( Designing&Construction )
       Responsible for Landscape Design, Construction / Maintenance and monitoring and supervision of all activities related to the landscape design and to ensure the completion of the design according to the time schedule
       Development and implementation of strategies to meet client requirements and maintain a dynamic and committed continuous improvement approach
       Responsible for providing feedback regarding project progress, status, changes and ensuring that the designers and contractors are delivering the project to acceptable standards
       Guiding and monitoring with Engineers, Supervisors, Staffs  to execute landscape projects according to the standards
       Assist in the scope of works review, budgeting and justification of changed work order, designs and drawing submittals at project site and propose appropriate solution from the landscape perspective
       Preparation, performance of reports of team, on weekly / monthly basis
       Ensures all relevant drawings released for the execution of works have been coordinated. Implement standardized landscape and finishing methodologies and procedures on deployed sites to ensure high quality.
       Develop guidelines for executing landscape risk management activities to help onsite teams to deliver high quality landscape designs ensuring compliance with regulatory and HSE standards
       Facilitate on site problem solving for any concerns raised by site contractors, construction engineers and clients during construction
       Coordinate with Engineers , Supervisors (onsite) to project specific landscape required standards and take remedial actions
       Coordinate with QA and HSE teams to ensure compliance of all project specific landscape design activities with quality and HSE requirements

       Maintains knowledge of safety policies and procedures regarding the proper tools/equipment for land preparation
       Maintain the cultural growth and development of different varieties of plants, trees and lawns
       Generate Daily/Weekly/Monthly report to the management
       Assist in the preparation of Project completion certificate and handover documentation

Landscape Maintenance

       Planning, Scheduling and Implementing the maintenance activities as per the program includes landscape, Irrigation and hardscape
       Implement the strategies to meet the client requirements
       Plan work schedules, hours, area of work and job duties to ensure adequate services are rendered to all areas
       Manages the Ground Maintenance Contract and ensures compliance with its terms, conditions and obligations
       Develops a professional working relation with client, consultant and establishes official lines of communication
       Identify the different plants pest and diseases and apply preventive / Corrective measures such as treatment of insecticides, fungicides and other chemicals as required for the plants
       Inspect the plants for pest/diseases, nutrient deficiencies or any biological problems and adoption control measures
       Manage the landscape maintenance teams task such as lawn mowing, edging, weeding, shrubs and ground covers trimming, trees pruning, trimming, thinning, fertilizer application, spraying of chemicals etc.,
       Orientate, train, develop and supervise of all supervisory staff under span of control
       Conduct regular staff meeting to encourage their activities and to improve their performance
       Regular inspection and evaluation of tools and equipment physical conditions and recommend the repairs, addition and disposal etc.,
       Recommend the purchase of services, supplies, materials and new equipment as per the current technologies to improve the productivity and quality of the works
       Regular inspection of Fertilizer and chemical stock to make sure the quantity is sufficient to maintain the site as per the requirement
       Ensure always that all resources are available for continuous progress of the work
       Maintains knowledge of safety policies and procedures regarding the usage of proper tools/equipment for maintenance activities
       Report unsafe conditions and conduct research to improve the same
       Coordinate with irrigation department to make sure that the plants are receiving sufficient water as per the requirement
