Financial management reports
Prepare and present management reports (MIS) in various forms
Prepare, present & control budget, forecasts, financial planning, variance analysis reports, financial statement analysis
Analytical financial reports to enhance profitability
Establish and maintain financial policies, financial decisions, procedures, strategies and planning, and let the management know how the future decisions might be impacted
Prepare MOA manual of authority as per directives
Financial reports
Collect & review financial data, providing and interpreting financial information to managerial staff
Prepare financial reports i.e. income statement, statement of financial position, cash flow statement
Ensure compliance of financial data with IFRS, IAS, GAAP
Liaison with banks, FTA for VAT (Tax) submission etc
Prepare for statutory audit, internal audit and satisfy queries
