career, and before that, I worked in some five-star hotels in Sri Lanka. I have been
holding the responsibility for the preparation of different kinds of cakes, pastries, breads,
and a variety of desserts to meet the consistent provision of a high standard of service to
all guests. My experience includes working in different types of bakeries, including five-
star hotels. In these roles, I have always brought a focus on customer service, hygiene,
