○ Proper deployment of all resources to achieve the production
target of the respective shifts.
○ Ensure that all plant operational activities, start up and shut
down are carried out safely as per SOP'S. .
○ Monitoring of plant operational parameters On DCS and field
take-up quick corrective measures in case of any deviations. ○ Ensures preparation of equipment for hand-over to maintenance as per the maintenance plan with proper safety permit. Supervision of maintenance activities carried out
during the shift.
○ Take charge of plant emergency situations and give
instructions/guidelines supervisor to overcome the plant
emergency situations
○ Pressure testing and hydro testing of vessels, distillation
